Sarah Smith is a 23 year old student studying a Masters of Community Psychology.
Sarah has a background in disability support work and also currently works as a residential tutor for boarding school students.
She decided to study Community Psychology at Victoria University, because it is the only university to provide this particular course, which makes it a specialised and unique course.
Unlike other areas of psychology, community psychology takes a wider perspective on issues that affect individuals, and allows for change to occur at a larger scale. Sarah's particular area of interest is in the feminist perspective, working with young people, women's health and equality.
